Best soft serve ice cream is here. This is in Umeda area of Osaka. It's in the B2 floor of the Mall. You just have to find the SILKREAM

Silk Cream Shop – Umeda This parfait was almost too pretty to eat—but I’m so glad I did. Layers of velvety soft-serve yogurt, juicy seasonal fruits, and just the right hint of tartness made this the perfect refreshing treat on a warm day. The flavours were vibrant and well-balanced—, mango, berries, grapefruit, and even edible flowers. Every spoonful was a little celebration of texture and taste. Light, creamy, and not overly sweet. If you’re in Umeda and craving something fruity and elegant, this is the one.

Wonderful staff and dessert place. We enjoyed our soft serve creamy desserts and they offer the yummy Cremia brand.

Delicious parfait! It's located in a train station but it's not hard to find. Just follow the floor map and you'll find it.

The ice cream is unique, delicious, and a little pricey. The strawberry parfets had a very unique zesty flavor to it that anyone who likes a punch would love. There's cake imbedded in as well that goes very well with the ice cream flavors. There's usually plenty of places to sit and it's rather modern, not so much the usual cafe feeling. Free water as well.

Ice creams are excellent. The Cremia one is very different from the usual ones in a good way. It takes a few licks to understand the taste, but once it clicks, it's addictive. Be aware that you cannot share if you want to stay at the place to eat, you need to order one per person. Which is a bummer

Sweets and ice cream. Nice and cute little corner. Full of young people and very aarm atmosphere. Ice cream dessert selection is wide and great.

The ice cream is fine, English speaking is exactly zero (so bring Google Translate). However, all of this is irrelevant if you can't find the place, which, if you're not from Japan (as i'm not), you're in for an EPIC journey to find this place. It's buried in the bottom of the Shinkansen train system in a sub level food court in the Umedga food court. I'd write you directions but i honestly came this close to just giving up even trying to find this place. Finally, if you think you're gonna get a mix-and-match situation for your ice cream and cone (like i wanted to) you'll promptly be told NO. You want vanilla ice cream with a chocolate cone? Go to hell, it's not happening. If you successfully navigate and find this small shop in the bowels of the mall, you deserves an award.
